[Replacement / Exchange Policy]
1)Due to Covid 19 pandemic, we have amended our Exchange Policy of which all orders placed via www.pdora.club can no longer be returned and exchanged. This applies to all products sold by the listed brands. This move is aligned with the advice to avoid the spread of the virus. This is also to ensure the safety of our customers where we are trying to minimize the risk of exposure to the virus as much as possible. However, you can exchange the product if you receive the wrong items:
A) *Defect or Faulty Product*
We do our utmost to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have concern about faulty or defects item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by submitting the photos of the defect or faulty item for our verification.
B) *Problem with Order*
If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, kindly please email us at email@example.com
Request must be done within three(3) working days inclusive from the day the goods are received by you so that we can attend to your request urgently and arrange for reshipment of the correct product to you.
2) Exchanged goods should be unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, strictly *no exchange* on any panties.
3) The 1 to 1 exchange item should be the same value as the price customer paid online. There is no cash refund if the customer chooses a lower value items for exchange.
4) We would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for product with quality-related or product does not correlate with customer’s order. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for product with other issues, such as color, sizing and preferences .
5) The Company reserves the right to reject any request deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Please bear in mind that the illustrated photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during the photo taken or the monitor’s display.
The Customer agrees to accept and abides by this policy (agreement) upon order and payment received by the Company.
